Great location - everything is close.

He was 20 minutes late - did not apologize att all. WC Is together with other room, small amount of toilet paper. Kitchen Is again shared with other people. Too much noise after midnight. No airconditioning.

Great stay for short trip!
Everything was great! Comfortable room; lovely shared kitchen with cups, plates, silverware; good washing machine; great bathroom facilities; amazing location; fantastic stay!
Toilet was shared (shower was ensuite), but everything was clean. No a/c, but windows provided needed ventilation. Located above a local bar, so could be pretty noisy pretty late with the windows open.

Wouldn't ever go there again!
We didn't like it.
The welcome was just terrible. First we couldn't reach the owner, he just texted on WhatsApp but never picked the phone and didn't guide us to the property. Then he was not there to welcome us. Instead he texted me: "Do not panic." Even though I told him at least 30 minutes ahead of arrival that we are going to check in at 9PM! We were waiting in front of just a building and were literally lost. 15 minutes later he came without a sorry or even a welcome. Julien (the guy who came) showed us the room. First surprise, there was a bathroom but no toilet inside the room which was not clearly communicated. Furthermore, there was still hair from the previous guests in the bathroom and the green pillows and the bedcover were spread with white spots! As a consequence, we used only the linen as a blanket. All in all, we almost payed 100 Euro per night for a small room with dirty bed sheets, a failed welcome, no toilet inside the room, hairy leftovers from the previous guests and a noisy environment (all the bars downstairs). Finally, I would like to say that we normally do not like to complain, but after these 2 nights we were completely disappointed and hope that this case will not happen to other guests as well.

Private bathroom is outside the room and the toilet is shared, very unpractical. Street is very noisy as well as the banging of doors.
